Lance Johnson

Lance Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lance started their career as a Research Analyst at the Arizona State Legislature in 1994. Later, they worked as an Associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they served as Division Counsel at DR Horton. Lance then joined Phoenix Law Group as an Attorney from 2007 to 2009. Lance Johnson then spent a significant portion of their career at Meritage Homes, where they held the position of Vice President - Regional Counsel from 2009 to 2019. Currently, they are working at D.R. Horton as the Vice President - Southwest Region Counsel, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and Region Counsel - Arizona and New Mexico from 2019 to 2021.

Lance Johnson attended Arizona State University from 1988 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Lance later attended Columbia Law School from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a JD degree.
