Penelope Brown

Penelope Brown is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently, Penelope holds the position of Operations Manager at D.R. Horton since December 2019, where previous roles included Construction Area Manager and Project Manager. Penelope's career spans various leadership positions, including Senior Construction Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes from November 2014 to December 2019, and Construction Superintendent at Maracay Homes and KB Home. The professional journey began as a Field Supervisor at Cox Communications from 1993 to 2003. Penelope holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as educational credentials from multiple institutions, including the University of San Diego, Pima Community College, the University of Arizona, the University of Alaska Anchorage, and a high school diploma with a focus on graphic design from East Anchorage High School.
