Jeff Oakes, CTS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff started their career in sales at OfficeMax in 1999 and worked there for four years. Jeff then joined Staples in 2003, where they worked as a Sales representative until 2005. In 2005, they transitioned to the automotive industry and worked as a Sales Consultant at Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep for a year.

In 2006, Jeff joined D-Tools Inc. and held various roles throughout their tenure. Jeff started as a Regional Sales Manager and held this position for five years until 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the Director of Sales at D-Tools, showcasing their leadership skills. Jeff briefly worked as a Senior Account Executive in 2017 before being promoted to the role of Global Sales Leader in 2018. In January 2022, Jeff assumed the role of Director of Sales - SI at D-Tools Inc.

Jeff attended the university from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA in June 2019.
