Kathy Cheng has over 20 years of experience in brand marketing and product marketing. Kathy is currently serving as the Head of Brand Marketing and Product Marketing at D1 Brands, where they lead a team in driving accelerated growth for a portfolio of Amazon brands and products. Prior to this, Kathy held the role of Head of Marketing at Boots Retail USA, Inc., overseeing the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing plans for the No7 Skincare and Makeup brand in North America. Kathy has also worked as the Executive Director of Global Marketing at Clinique, leading global brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the skincare segment. Kathy has held various other marketing positions at Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care, Strivectin Operating Company, Estee Lauder, Avon, and American Express, where they gained valuable experience in marketing and analysis.

Kathy Cheng holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan. Kathy also has an MBA in Marketing and Management from the NYU Stern School of Business.
