Along with her work at D2, Mrs. Tamara Minley-Clinton has 30+ combined years of experience in Administrative Management, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Communications.

Mrs. Clinton increased her experience and knowledge through opportunities and positions secured within Education, Government, Military and Legal fields; including Co-Ownership of an Online Marketplace Platform for small and minority owned businesses.

Mrs. Clinton holds several awards for Business, Employee Engagement and Community Relations. Mrs. Clinton graduated from Webster University with an M.A. in HR Organizational Training and Development, M.A. in Marketing and Communications Management and a B.A in Business Administration Management.

Mrs. Clinton is the current Board President for Springboard to Learning Arts & Education Non-Profit Organization and outgoing Director of Technology and Programming for PRSA-STL.
