Dorothy Jones, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dorothy currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at D4C Dental Brands, Inc. Dorothy previously worked at Prism Health North Texas as the Director of Practice Operations - Dental Services. Prior to that, Dorothy worked at DentaQuest, where they served as the Director of Operations and Operations Manager, overseeing clinic operations and leading a group of multi-specialty dental and vision practices. Dorothy also has experience in community outreach, having worked at Community Dental Care and Sarrell Dental as the Director of Community Outreach and Community Outreach Manager, respectively. Dorothy's earlier roles include Associate District Manager at ADP, Sports Operations Coordinator at The University of Alabama-Men's Basketball, and Admissions Counselor at the University of Alabama. Dorothy has a strong background in leadership, operations management, and community development.

Dorothy Jones obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Methodist University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and Public Relations at The University of Alabama from 2006 to 2010.
