Jason Yeo

Jason Yeo is an experienced professional in project and change management, currently serving as a Digital Project Manager at D6 Consulting since July 2023 and as a Director at Yeo Consulting Pty Ltd since August 2016. With extensive experience at nbn® Australia from July 2017 to June 2023, Jason held several key positions, including Program Manager and Value Realisation Manager, focused on enhancing Australia’s digital capabilities and ensuring effective governance of projects. Jason's previous tenure at Shell spanned from June 1998 to July 2014, where significant projects were managed, including the transition of customer service operations and the implementation of global SAP systems. Jason holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Systems from Monash University and a degree from RMIT University.
