Shweta Shah is a seasoned technology delivery and IT projects leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Technology Delivery Manager at NGM Group since November 2023, Shweta has also held influential positions at Newcrest Mining as IT Projects Lead, FinOps Practitioner, and Service Delivery Transformation Lead, and at D6 Consulting as Program Director since September 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Telstra Purple, where responsibilities included leading a high-performance insights and analytics team, establishing operational frameworks, and enhancing customer outcomes.
