Nicole Rocha has a long and varied work experience. Nicole began their career in 2005 as a Records Technician II for New Mexico State University, where they facilitated and monitored statewide trainings, workshops, and conferences. In 2006, they took on the role of Construction Coordinator for Creative Environments Design & Landscape, where they were responsible for scheduling jobs, purchasing material, and maintaining job budgets. In 2008, they became Office Manager for R.L. Haines General Contractor, where they oversaw daily operations and provided training and supervision of the front desk receptionist. In 2009, they assumed the role of Program Assistant III for AZ Supreme Court - Adult Probation Services, where they trained interstate compact staff and probation personnel. In 2011, they began their role as Sales & Support Account Executive for GoDaddy, engaging customers to grow their accounts and providing expert advice with high value solutions. In 2017, they became Account Executive for Streamline VRS | Vacation Rental Software, where they worked with cutting-edge technology and modern solutions to manage their entire operations. In 2020, they took on the role of Accounting & Software Manager for Parsons Villas, a family run management company. Finally, in 2022, they became Customer Success Manager for DACK, Inc.

Nicole Rocha began their educational journey at the University of Phoenix in 2008, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Nicole continued their studies at the same institution, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Business Information Systems in 2012. In 2013, they returned to the University of Phoenix and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015.
