Ilse van Aalst has a Master's degree in French from Utrecht University and completed VWO at Van Maerlantlyceum. Ilse has held various HR and project management roles at companies such as DAF Trucks NV, Conclusion, and KPN. Ilse has experience as a Manager Talent Management, Development & Recruitment, Managing Consultant in HR and Project Management, Project Manager for AFAS implementation, Agile and Scrum trainer, Program Manager, Transformation Manager HR Services, and Director of Sourcing & Development. Ilse also took a sabbatical after working in The Netherlands, Spain, and the USA.
