Under their leadership, The Beauty Box became the sales leader for Grupo Boticário, surpassing sales estimates by 5 times.

In 2015, Aline left Grupo Boticário to join O Boticário as the Category Director. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategies and implementing them across all of O Boticário's brands, including Malbec, Floratta, nativaSPA, Cuide-se Bem, and Make B.

In 2021, Aline left O Boticário to join Dafiti Group as the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all of Dafiti Group's brands.
