Vinae Hasib

Vinae Hasib has a strong background in business analysis and project management. They began their career in 2002 as a Software Developer and Sr. Business Analyst at HeiTech Padu Berhad, where they conducted interviews with business users, conducted user acceptance tests, and produced customized intelligence reports. Vinae then moved on to work as a Project Management Office Analyst at Nexbis Sdn Bhd from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Vinae joined Maybank as a Sr. Executive Incident Management & Helpdesk Management, later transitioning to the role of Project Manager from 2012 to 2013. They were then promoted to the role of Project Management Officer Specialist from 2014 to 2015.

Vinae's career continued to progress as they became a Lead Business Analyst at MIMOS Berhad from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for leading business analysis activities and driving project success.

Currently, Vinae holds the position of Sr. Business Analyst at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd. They are responsible for leading communication with stakeholders, conducting interviews with key business users, and translating business goals into product requirements and use cases. Additionally, they identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions through gap analysis.

Vinae Hasib attended the University of Tasmania from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Information System degree with a focus on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce. In addition to their degree, Vinae also obtained several certifications. Vinae completed the PRINCE2® Foundation program at APM Group in September 2009 and obtained the COBIT Foundation certification from ISACA in February 2011. Furthermore, Vinae achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
