Dalis Anwar Padli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dalis Anwar started their career in 2010 as an Internship Student at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka. Dalis Anwar then interned at PT TUBAN LPG INDONESIA before joining GKM Recruitment AG. as a Junior HR Consultant in 2012.

In 2013, Dalis worked as a Supervisor Area Marketing at Philip Morris International. Dalis Anwar supervised the implementation of marketing strategies and ensured compliance with company standards.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked at PT PARADISE PERKASA as a Marketing & Business Analyst. Dalis Anwar provided strategic advice to the Board of Directors based on data analysis.

Dalis joined Philip Morris International again in 2016 as a Supervisor Retail Engagement. Their responsibilities included managing channels and territories, supervising a team of Territory Executives, and executing trade-related engagement activities.

In 2019, they transitioned to Grab, where they held multiple roles. As an Area Sales Operation Coordinator, they managed area operations, including expansion, distributor relations, and retail management. In their role as a Sales Capability Analyst, they led a sales force management team and field validators, developed sales SOPs, and ensured compliance with headquarters' strategies. Dalis Anwar then became a National Key Account Manager, responsible for managing key accounts for Grab. Lastly, they served as the City Manager Greater Jakarta, overseeing operations in that region.

Dalis recently joined Dagangan as the Head of Commercial in 2022, leading the commercial team and driving growth for the company.

Dalis Anwar Padli pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Informatics at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen in the year 2012. Before that, from 2009 to 2013, Dalis obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Swiss German University.
