Nick Carlson, PHR

Nick Carlson, PHR, has extensive work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Nick started their career at SunCom Wireless, where they held roles as an Indirect Account Manager and a Lead Sales Associate.

In 2001, Nick joined Copycats Media as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for CD and DVD duplication services. Nick later became the Vice President of Sales and Sales Manager, overseeing a team of six employees and managing notable clients such as Prince and The Black Crowes.

Moving on to SWAT Solutions in 2012, Nick worked as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager, specializing in software QA/testing consulting and professional services. Nick achieved recognition for their top recruiting performance in 2014 and 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Nick served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ESP IT, a leading IT consulting and staffing services firm. Nick focused on recruiting talented professionals for various IT positions, including application and web development, quality assurance, business analysis, project management, and digital marketing.

In 2018, Nick joined NorthShore Resources, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, providing IT consulting services and placing skilled professionals in a wide range of technical specialties.

Currently, Nick holds the position of Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Dahl Consulting, a company specializing in sourcing and staffing services. With their expertise, Nick helps streamline staffing and workforce strategies for clients by managing enterprise vendor programs.

Nick Carlson, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College. Nick obtained their degree, although it is not specified when they started or finished their studies. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Nick Carlson has also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
