Michael Radovanovic

Michael Radovanovic currently serves as the National Aviation Operations & Maintenance Performance Manager at Daifuku Oceania since May 2022. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Regional Operations Manager for WA/NT/SA at Daifuku BCS Infrastructure Support from November 2016 to May 2022. Michael's career at Qantas spanned from 1998 to 2016, during which roles included Airport Manager, Acting Head of Airports WA, Ramp Operations Manager, and Ramp Operations Coordinator. With a strong background in operational management, Michael has demonstrated expertise in budget management, employee engagement, customer advocacy, and the successful implementation of innovative technologies and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
