Arturo Esquer

Arturo Esquer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production, supply chain, and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Production at Rocket Lab since October 2020, Arturo oversees production operations for rocket propulsion, avionics, and satellites, managing multiple areas including additive manufacturing and testing. Previously, Arturo held key positions such as Director of Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality at Kitty Hawk, Global Director of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence at Faurecia, and various roles at Tesla, including leading global service parts and vehicle assembly operations. Arturo’s academic background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Americas-Puebla.
