Ellen Borak

Ellen Borak has a diverse work experience in the employee benefits field. Ellen worked as the Director of Benefits at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. where they were responsible for the strategic design, operation, vendor management, communication, and compliance of all benefit programs. Prior to that, they held various roles at Prudential Financial, including Vice President of Employee Benefits, where they managed the benefit operations for all employee and retiree benefit programs. Ellen also had responsibilities in health and welfare benefits, including strategy, design, pricing, measurement, communication, and compliance. Before their time at Prudential Financial, Ellen Borak worked at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where they managed H&W programs and implemented major plan changes. Ellen also had experience in contract analysis for group products.
