Katie Lee

Katie Lee, PharmD, RPh, is a Senior Manager and Clinical Safety Scientist at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., leading the safety scientist program since April 2021, after previously serving as the Manager and safety scientist submission lead. Prior experience includes a two-year Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmacovigilance at Johnson & Johnson, which focused on end-to-end pharmacovigilance within both Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health sectors, with diverse rotations in case management and risk management. Earlier roles involved pharmacy internships at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Manhattan Chinatown Pharmacy, as well as a Safety and Risk Management externship at Pfizer. Katie Lee earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from St. John's University in 2019.
