Kristine Koontz

Kristine Koontz, PhD, MBA has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kristine is currently the VP Global Clinical Operations at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Prior to their current role, they worked at GSK where they held various positions including Head of US, Global Monitoring, Site Engagement and Delivery, Oncology Global Medical Affairs Leader, and Senior Director of Oncology Global Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Before GSK, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Senior Director of Clinical Delivery and Director of Clinical Delivery, and at Merck as an Associate Medical Program Coordinator. Kristine also gained experience at Covance as a Clinical Research Associate and at Wyeth as a Clinical Data Reviewer. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in clinical operations, and a track record of successful collaboration with various stakeholders in the industry.

Kristine Koontz, PhD, MBA has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Psychology from The Chicago School. Kristine also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from La Salle University. In addition, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, Physiology from Penn State University.
