Lauren Cechini

Lauren Cechini is an experienced clinical operations professional with a background in managing complex clinical trials across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Daiichi Sankyo US since May 2024, Lauren has previously held roles at Roche as a Clinical Trials Expert and at UroGen Pharma as Senior Manager of Clinical Development. At UroGen, Lauren was the primary global program manager for two Phase III Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer trials, managing diverse cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes significant contributions at AstraZeneca where Lauren served as Global Study Manager- Early Oncology and held various positions such as Senior Clinical Research Associate and Site Engagement Lead. Lauren's career commenced at Covance as a Clinical Research Associate, following a recruitment role at Aerotek. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
