Michael Chargualaf

Michael Chargualaf, PharmD, BCOP, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Scientist in Clinical Development at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since January 2020, where previous roles included Associate Director and Senior Medical Science Liaison in Global Oncology R&D. Prior experience includes working as a Clinical Pharmacist at UNC Health Care and as a Clinical Oncology Specialist at WVU Medicine. Michael Chargualaf completed a PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Residency and a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UNC Health Care, alongside roles as a Student Pharmacist during the academic years at Hayes Barton Pharmacy. Michael Chargualaf earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Chemistry from North Carolina State University.
