Sejal Karyekar, MSHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors within the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner in Research & Development at Daiichi Sankyo US since September 2025, Karyekar previously held HR leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, overseeing the East Coast Hub and supporting the Development Organization.
