J. Chandra Segaran has a diverse work experience in various HR, legal, and compliance roles. J. Chandra started their career in 1992 as an Admin. Manager at Murugavell Arumugam & Co. From 2000 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Consultant at City Business & Employment Consultancy, providing consultancy services on industrial/employee relations, labor law management, and employment disputes. In 2010, they joined OYL Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as an Industrial Relations Manager. J. Chandra then moved to Hong Leong Group in 2012 and served as the Head of Industrial Relations, providing industrial relations and employment law advice to various business units within the Group.
