James Reid

James Reid has a strong work experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on sales engineering and product management. James started their career at M/A-COM as a Manager of System Test, where they worked from 2000 to 2007. Following that, they joined Tyco Electronics as a Mobile Subscriber Product Manager, responsible for managing the product portfolio and R&D investments for mobile subscribers. In 2009, James moved to Harris Corporation, where they held various roles including Systems Product Manager and Senior Manager of System Product Line Management. In these roles, they managed product portfolios, R&D investments, and product life cycles for public safety products and services. James also achieved significant accomplishments such as growing annual product revenue, creating market leading systems solutions, and reducing cost structures. Most recently, James worked as the Chief Information Officer at Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc.
