Joe Gilgoff is currently the VP of Customer Care at Daily Harvest. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of CX (Customer Experience) at SeatGeek from June 2017 to September 2019. Joe has a long history of providing world-class customer service and support in a variety of industries.

At SeatGeek, Joe led the Customer Experience operation in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. Joe oversaw phone, email, live chat and social media support, in addition to leveraging industry-leading AI tools. Joe built and put into effect a new staffing model and strategy which has driven down the relative cost of the department by 50%. Joe also optimized and negotiated the CRM contracts, saving over $100,000. Joe's department consistently led the company in Culture Amp engagement scores.

Before SeatGeek, Joe worked in customer service and support for over 20 years. Joe has a passion for helping others and making sure they have a positive experience. Joe is currently using their skills and experience to help Daily Harvest provide the best possible experience for their customers.

Joe Gilgoff holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in English and has a certification from eCornell in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
