Dylan Cherin

Dylan Cherin has a long history of work experience in Human Resources. In 2003, they began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Disneyland Resort, where they managed employee relations for the Guest Relations department. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Target, where they oversaw recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of exempt and non-exempt store employees in the Orange County area. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Fresh & Easy, where they created and executed strategies and initiatives to enhance employee relations, control benefit administration, streamline policies and procedures, and manage staff compensation and evaluation programs. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Strength Coach at The Strength Co., where they taught, coached, implemented, and demonstrated all aspects of barbell-based strength training and conditioning. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at DAILYLOOK.

Dylan Cherin graduated from Humboldt State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in English Literature.
