Jason Carlin

Jason Carlin has extensive experience in resource planning and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Resource Planning at DailyPay, Inc. since June 2021. Prior roles include Director of Customer Service at Anthem, Inc. and various leadership positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where responsibilities spanned workforce optimization and technology. Jason has also held managerial roles in business analysis and operations at Direct Energy and Sprint Nextel, among other organizations. Education credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Benedictine College.
