Nicole Zordich is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in payment operations, process management, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Payment Operations Analyst at DailyPay, Inc., Zordich previously held multiple roles at Wells Fargo, culminating in the position of Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 30, implementing regulatory compliance audits, and enhancing technology to mitigate risks. Zordich has also contributed to the training and development of staff, resulting in several team members advancing to leadership positions.
