Rojdar Yildiz

Rojdar Yildiz currently holds the position of Lead Global ITI Provider Governance and Performance Steering at Daimler Truck AG, where employment began in September 2019. Rojdar has also served in various roles within the company, including Product Management for MB Trucks and Strategy & Digitalization for Global CKD Mercedes-Benz Trucks, along with participation in the INspire Trucks & Buses Leadership Talent Program. Prior experience includes a Cooperative Student role at Atlas Copco and a series of positions at Daimler AG, including contributions to production optimization in Japan and project management in Mexico. Rojdar holds multiple advanced engineering degrees, including a Master of Engineering from Steinbeis Hochschule and further study at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's degree from Hochschule Neu-Ulm.
