John Verkamp

John Verkamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Daimler Truck North America since February 2022, John provides engineering support to a large parts distribution center and is managing a greenfield startup of a centralized warehousing facility. Previously, John held senior project management roles at MasterBrand Cabinets, where responsibilities included leading the startup of a new assembly and distribution center and managing strategic capital projects. Earlier experience encompasses quality management, continuous improvement initiatives, and lean systems management across various organizations, achieving significant operational improvements and savings. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
