Venkata Aditya Sripathi has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Venkata Aditya started their career as an intern at SAMKRG Piston & Piston Rings Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. Venkata Aditya then worked as a Technical Service Engineer at Volkswagen India for six months in 2014. Later that year, they joined Mercedes Benz Mahavir Motors as a Graduate Engineer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they held two roles: Student Mentor from 2015 to 2017, and MnCAR Research Assistant from 2016 to 2017.
