Roberta Bonomi

Roberta Bonomi currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at DAINESE, starting in January 2024, and acts as an Advisor for Dynamo Academy since September 2023. Previously, Roberta held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Alfasigma from September 2022 to June 2023 and was instrumental in leadership roles at Enel Green Power from October 2014 to July 2022, overseeing both the Brazilian operation and the Human Resources and Organization functions. Roberta's extensive background at Enel spanned nearly nine years, with various roles including Group Head of Health & Safety and Managing Director of Enel University. Prior to this, Roberta worked as an Associate at McKinsey from March 2001 to December 2005. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and participation in the Leadership for Energy Executive Program at Harvard Business School, along with a Master of Science in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
