Eddie Allen

Eddie Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain optimization and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Optimization at Dairy Farmers of America since January 2022, Eddie previously held the position of General Manager at Mayfield Dairy Farms. Prior to that, Eddie dedicated over two decades to Dean Foods, where the role of Senior Operations Manager in Birmingham was held from September 1999 to January 2022. Eddie holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering and Communication from Murray State University, earned between 1985 and 1991.
