Stephanie Smart

Stephanie Smart is currently working as the Health and Safety Lead/Training Coordinator at Dairy Partners Ltd. In her role, she is responsible for collecting, collaborating, and investigating H&S events. Stephanie also serves as the Training Coordinator and Laboratory Analyst. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Police Officer with Dyfed-Powys Police and as a Facilities and Development Manager at Newcastle Emlyn Swimming Pool. Stephanie also has experience as a Swimming Instructor & Lifeguard at Carmarthenshire County Council. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sussex.
