Michelle Forcier is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in consumer insights and brand development. Currently serving as Director of Consumer Insights at Dairy Queen since February 2005, Michelle has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Product & Brand Marketing for both Snacks and Beverages and Treats. Prior experience includes Associate Marketing Manager positions at General Mills, where responsibilities spanned multiple product lines and channels. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Caribou Coffee in various management roles, culminating in the position of Sales Accounts Manager, and also served as Director of Human Resources and Training at Backstage@Bravo. Michelle holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University.
