David Delgado

David Delgado has held several leadership positions in the food industry. David started their career at Grupo Lala in 2004 as the Director of Operations, where they played a crucial role in the expansion of the company into the United States. In 2016, they transitioned to Conagra Brands as a Contract Manufacturing specialist, contributing to the company's growth and transformation. In 2018, Delgado joined Schuman Cheese as the Vice President of Operations, utilizing their expertise to bring the best Italian cheeses to the American market. David then moved on to Swift Prepared Foods in 2020, serving as the General Manager and continuing the company's commitment to innovation. Delgado's most recent roles include being the President & CEO of Gilman Cheese since 2021 and President of Dairyfood USA Inc. since 2022.

David Delgado completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in Food Science at the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. David then pursued their first Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2008. Following this, they went on to obtain a second Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Nebraska from 2010 to 2012.
