Dawn Dalley

Dawn Dalley is a Senior Scientist at DairyNZ since May 2003, focusing on research to resolve challenges faced by New Zealand dairy farmers, with a specific interest in whole farm system issues. Prior to this role, Dawn worked at Ellinbank and held a leadership position as Team Leader at the Victorian Department of Primary Industries from 1995 to 2003. Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Dairying Research Corporation, where research centered on magnesium metabolism and interactions of energy and protein. Dawn holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science with first honors in Animal Science from Lincoln College.
