Betsy Darlington MSc Assoc CIPD is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and operations management. Currently serving as Head of People - Operations at Daisy Communications since May 2018, Betsy has previously held various HR roles within Daisy Group, including Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed performance development, attendance management, and employee engagement.
