Lucy McIntyre has been working in the service industry for several years, starting as a cabin crew member at easyJet from 2005 to 2007. Lucy then transitioned to a role at Lloyds Banking Group from 2007 to 2009, where Lucy began as front line staff before handling complaints and escalations. Currently, Lucy is employed at Daisy Group since October 2019, working their way up to the role of Service Desk Team Leader through various positions such as Senior Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Analyst.
