Larry Kipp

Larry Kipp is the Executive Director of Operational Excellence at Dakkota. He has more than 30 years of experience with Tier 1 Suppliers and Just In Time Complex Module Assembly, leading facilities in the United States and Canada. He has well rounded business acumen with strengths in operational turnarounds, launch, and achieving financial targets.

Larry describes himself as a servant leader with a passion for developing and strengthening leadership teams to drive continuous improvement that meets or exceeds organizational and customer expectations. He holds a BSBA from Central Michigan University.
