Ferouz Ayadi (Fey)

Ferouz (Fey) Ayadi, PhD, is an experienced industrial engineer specializing in process and production optimization. Currently serving as the Industrial Engineer at Dakota Provisions since April 2022, Ferouz leads the IE Department in implementing LEAN manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and achieve cost savings. Previous roles include Safety Manager and Industrial Engineer at Jennie-O Turkey Store, and Natural Resources Engineer at the South Dakota Department of Environment & Natural Resources, focusing on manure management systems and water pollution control. Ferouz has a robust academic background with a PhD in Agricultural, Biosystems, and Mechanical Engineering and extensive research experience in nutrient management and food processing.
