Previously, Carsten worked at various positions at companies like ING Deutschland and MMV Leasing GmbH, gaining experience in project management, product development, and market strategy. Carsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Banking from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
