Troy Draper

Troy Draper has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Sales Manager at FedEx Office, where they successfully opened a new district and achieved the top sales ranking nationwide. Troy then joined Grainger in 2006 and held multiple positions as a Director, overseeing territory sales, strategic operations, sales operations, and DSM. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing a large team of sales professionals and spearheading strategic initiatives for growth. In 2013, Troy Draper moved to Roofing Supply Group (RSG) as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Troy played a key role in setting sales and marketing strategies and driving value creation to enhance growth and profitability. Since 2016, Troy Draper has been working at Dal-Tile LLC, initially as the Vice President of Flooring Store Operations & Perennial Roofing Business Unit. In their current role as the Senior Vice President, they are responsible for leading strategy and execution in over 200 company branches, focusing on digital transformation and improving supply chain operations. Troy also oversees the rapidly growing Perennial business segment in the roofing industry.

Troy Draper completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Utah Valley University, from 1993 to 1997. Troy later pursued an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in Business Administration from Utah State University, from 2002 to 2004.
