Michael Dunn

Michael Dunn is a seasoned Senior Estimator at Dale Corp. since January 1994, overseeing the estimating team and managing the preparation of conceptual budgets and hard bids for a wide range of construction projects in the Philadelphia area. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Michael specializes in commercial, residential, mixed-use mid-rise, educational, pharmaceutical, and healthcare construction. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Project Manager/Estimator at Henderson Corporation from 1980 to 1993, where responsibilities included assisting in major projects like the McNeil Pharmaceutical New Corporate Headquarters and the Bally's Park Place Casino Health Spa Addition. Michael holds an education from Pennsylvania State University and is currently pursuing further studies at Drexel University.
