Mike Diamante

Mike Diamante has extensive experience in finance and audit roles, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees at Dale Medical Products, Inc. since March 2022. From May 2000, Mike has held several key positions at Medtronic, including Vice President and Chief Audit Executive, where responsibilities encompass global audit oversight for Information Technology, Finance & Operations, and Data Analytics. Previous roles at Medtronic include Chief Financial Officer for Global Operations & Business Services and Vice President for Emerging Markets, among others. Mike began their career at G.T. Reilly & Company, where foundational audit and accounting skills were developed. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College.
