Abdulrahman al-Shibani

Abdulrahman Al-Shibani has a extensive work experience in various companies and roles related to contracts and procurement. Abdulrahman started their career in 1998 as an Assistant Director for Air Force Contracts at the Ministry of Defence in Oman. Abdulrahman then worked as a Contract Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on developing contracting requirements and providing commercial advice. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Senior Executive in Contracts Management at the Information Technology Authority, responsible for developing and managing sourcing and outsourcing contracts. Abdulrahman then joined Daleel Petroleum LLC in 2012 as a Senior Contract Analyst and later became the Contracts Section Head. In 2017, they moved to Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP) as the Contracts Team Lead for Well Delivery and later became the Manager of Contracts. Currently, they are working as the Head of SCM Compliance at Daleel Petroleum LLC since 2019. Abdulrahman Al-Shibani has demonstrated expertise in contract administration, procurement strategies, and outsourcing processes.

Abdulrahman Al-Shibani pursued their education at Sultan Qaboos University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Production & Operations Management. Abdulrahman then furthered their education at TBS Education from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master's Degree of MSc Aerospace Management with a specialization in Aerospace Master of Business Administration.
