Debra Ross

Debra Ross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach, partnerships, and communications within the sustainability sector. Currently serving as the Manager at the College of Sustainability at Dalhousie University since June 2010, Ross oversees collaboration with a diverse network of stakeholders, manages community-engaged learning placements, and coordinates a public lecture series featuring prominent thinkers. Previously, Ross has demonstrated success as a Capital Campaign Fundraiser for the Single Parent Centre, where fundraising efforts exceeded expectations, and as the Development Director for Lion's Roar, advancing multi-tiered fundraising campaigns. Earlier experiences include driving advertising sales for Shambhala Sun and Buddhadharma magazines, and serving as Executive Director for Shambhala Training International. Ross holds advanced degrees in Social Communications and Communications Management from esteemed institutions.
