Shelley Caines

Shelley Caines, EdD MBA MA, is a seasoned professional in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations for the Master of Engineering in Internetworking program at Dalhousie University since September 2001. In this role, Shelley Caines oversees the program's operations, conducts analyses of policies, prepares budget projections, and fosters partnerships with various university units and industry leaders. Prior to this position, Shelley Caines held various roles within the same program, including Internetworking Program Manager and Internetworking Program Administrator. Shelley Caines holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership and Learning, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology, complemented by certifications from the Appreciative Advising Institute and Cisco Networking Academy.
