Sonya Jampolsky is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across academia and the media industry. Currently serving as the Communications Manager for the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie University since July 2022, Jampolsky has also operated Jampolsky Pictures Inc since July 2003, where expertise includes writing, directing, and consulting on storytelling and business development. Past positions include Manager of Alumni Relations and Communications at the University of King's College, Vice President of Development at Ocean Entertainment Ltd., and Professor at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Jampolsky's career began in journalism with CBC, where significant experience was gained as a reporter and producer. Jampolsky holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creation Non-Fiction from the University of King's College and a degree in Journalism/History from Carleton University.
