Marco Beltrami

Marco Beltrami has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in managerial roles. Marco started their career with Warrant Group S.r.l. as a Training Consultant, where they designed and managed corporate training programs and secured funding for client companies. In 2011, they joined Fagioli as an HR Development Manager, responsible for organizational structures, job tasks, and policies, as well as training management. Marco later served as the HR Manager, overseeing various HR functions until 2019. Currently, Marco is the Human Resources Manager at Dallara since 2019, with a recent promotion to the position of Human Resources Director in December 2023.

Marco Beltrami attended the Università degli Studi di Parma from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale in Amministrazione e Direzione Aziendale. Marco'sstudies focused on areas such as Economics, Law, Accounting, Finance, and Business Organization. In 2016, they also obtained a certification in the use of DISC persolog systems from Emme Delta Consulting.
